It stays yours. You can download your stock list, bookings and deposit records at any time, including before you cancel. We don't hold your data back.
How does Equipment & Event Rental OS handle personal data about your customers?

Is there a contract?
No long contract. Equipment & Event Rental OS is paid monthly and you can cancel any time. There is no lock-in.
How quickly can we get started?

Could Equipment & Event Rental OS be shut down?
Yes, and we would rather tell you now. ApaOne shuts down products that don't earn their place. If Equipment & Event Rental OS were one of them, we would give you notice first and a full export of your data.
Can I use Equipment & Event Rental OS today?

I only have about 40 items. Is hire software overkill for me?
It may be. If you take every booking yourself and can see your stock from the counter, a diary used with discipline is enough, and we say so in our comparison of approaches. Equipment & Event Rental OS is being built for the point where a second person takes bookings, orders have several items for fixed dates, or deposits stop matching the book.
We hire tools and marquees. Will one system cope with both?
That is the aim. Equipment & Event Rental OS is designed around tool, marquee, PA and suit hire, with availability checked for every item and date and several items on a single booking. Tool hire and event hire count stock differently, so if you do both, join the waitlist and tell us how your orders are made up. That feedback shapes what gets built.
Will it handle deposits the way we take them, including cash?
Equipment & Event Rental OS is being built to log each deposit when it is taken and when it is returned, against the booking it belongs to. Its job is the record, so that deposits held always match open hires. How you take the money is your choice. If your deposit rules are unusual, tell us when you join the waitlist.
What happens to my stock list and booking history if I stop using it, or you stop building it?
Your data is yours. ApaOne products are designed with data export, so your stock list, bookings and deposit records can leave with you. We also shut down products that do not earn their place, and we say so openly. If that ever happened, customers would get notice first and a full export. While the product is Validating, there is nothing to be locked into.
