Finish the paperwork when you finish the job
Documents are collected on the job sheet as the work goes on.
HVAC & Solar Installer Hub
Job sheets for heat-pump, solar and air-con installs, with the paperwork gathered as the job goes on.
No card · 2 minutes
The install took 2 days and the paperwork took 2 weeks.
Survey notes live in one phone, photos in another and serial numbers nowhere.
We lose track of which jobs are waiting on a document.
Everyday problems of the trade, in the words we hear them. Not quotes from named customers.
How it works
Record measurements, photos and notes on the job sheet.
Engineers follow the job, log what was fitted and add photos.
The job's documents are gathered in one place, ready for the customer and for scheme paperwork.

Pricing
We haven't published a price yet. Join the waitlist and you'll get the founding-member price when this product opens for your trade. No card, no obligation.
You do. Export your jobs, survey records and documents whenever you like, without asking us first. If you leave, your data leaves with you.
With care, and with UK data protection law in mind. You decide what is collected and why. ApaOne processes it on your behalf, as your processor. The details are in our privacy notice and on the Technology page.
No. You pay month by month and can cancel whenever you want. We would rather keep heat-pump and solar installers by being useful than by a contract.
Days, not months. We set HVAC & Solar Installer Hub up for you, including your job sheets, engineers and document lists. Your part should fit into an afternoon.
It can happen. We shut down products that don't earn their place, and we say so up front. You would get notice before anything changes, and a full export of your jobs, survey records and documents.
No, and we will not claim it does. The product is at the validating stage. It is being built to collect the documents and equipment details an install produces on one job sheet, so they are to hand when you make an application or raise a certificate yourself. We are still verifying which UK schemes it should cover, so none is named as supported.
You may not. If your app handles scheduling and invoicing and your install files are complete on time, keep what you have. This product is being designed for the gap general apps leave: knowing what each installation file should contain and showing what is missing. Join the waitlist only if that gap is costing you time or delayed payments.
That is the test we have set ourselves. The job sheet is being designed so an engineer logs what was fitted, adds serial numbers and takes photos as part of the job, not as extra office work afterwards. If you join the waitlist, tell us what your crews use today and what they refuse to use. It shapes what we build.
Possibly not. A sole installer fitting a few systems a month can usually manage with a tracker spreadsheet and tidy folders, and we publish a free tracker template for exactly that. The product is aimed at businesses with several jobs live at once, where one person can no longer hold every missing document in their head.
There is no launch date and no price yet. Every ApaOne product shows its true status, and this one is Validating: we are testing whether enough installers want it before building further. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will email when there is something real for you to look at.
Your sign-up is also a vote: it tells us this product is worth building next. If it doesn't earn its place, we'll tell you.
