What does a strategic partnership look like?
It is a commercial partnership around one or more products. You bring market access or operating capacity. We bring the platform and the team that builds it. The terms are worked out together and written into a term sheet.
Do you publish the commercial terms?
No. They depend on the partner and the product, so we discuss them on the deep-dive call and record them in a term sheet.
What happens on the deep-dive call?
It is a 45-minute call. We walk you through the architecture and the working modules, and then it is your questions. You will see working software, not slides.
Can I see the platform before the call?
When the partner sandbox is open, you can try the platform yourself with fictional data before we talk. Otherwise we show you the working product live on the deep-dive.
Is this an invitation to invest?
