Am I tied in for a minimum term?
No. You pay month by month and can cancel whenever you want. We would rather keep small wholesalers by being useful than by a contract.
How long does set-up take?
Days, not months. We set B2B Micro-Shop & Quick Commerce Hub up for you, including your product range, stock levels and trade accounts. Your part should fit into an afternoon.
Could B2B Micro-Shop & Quick Commerce Hub be shut down?
Yes, and we would rather tell you now. ApaOne shuts down products that don't earn their place. If B2B Micro-Shop & Quick Commerce Hub were one of them, we would give you notice first and a full export of your data.
My customers like ordering by text. Will they really use an ordering shop?
Some will not, and that is a fair worry. The product is being designed so a repeat order is quick: customers log in to their own trade account and can reorder from a previous order. It is at the Validating stage, so it is not available yet. If you join the waitlist, tell us how your customers order today. That shapes what gets built.
Can I keep the ordering shop private to my own trade customers?
That is the intention. B2B Micro-Shop & Quick Commerce Hub is being built so that customers log in to their own trade account to order, which keeps the shop for trade customers only. It is not a public marketplace. The product is still at the Validating stage, so tell us on the waitlist how you approve new accounts.
Will it stop me selling stock I do not have?
It is designed to. Stock levels are meant to update with every order and show live in the shop, so a customer sees what is available before they order. It can only be as accurate as the stock you load and the orders that go through it. The product is at the Validating stage and is not available yet.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No, and it is not being built to. The product is designed to create an invoice automatically from each confirmed trade order. It is not bookkeeping or VAT return software. If you join the waitlist, tell us which records your invoices need to feed and what your accountant asks you for. We do not list any integrations, because none exist yet.
Is it worth it if I only have 20 trade customers?
Possibly not. With around 20 regular customers, one person taking orders and few stock problems, an order log and a stock spreadsheet may serve you well, and our free templates cover both. The product is aimed at small wholesalers whose orders arrive at all hours and whose invoicing takes a fixed part of the week. It is still at the Validating stage.
