Give buyers the details they search by
Listing fields are set up for your niche, not for everything.

Our members trade in a social media group, and we see none of it.
General classifieds sites bury our listings under things nobody here wants.
We spend evenings removing scam adverts by hand.
Everyday problems of the trade, in the words we hear them. Not quotes from named customers.
How it works

Pricing
We haven't published a price yet. Join the waitlist and you'll get the founding-member price when this product opens for your trade. No card, no obligation.
It stays yours. You can download your listings, members and messages at any time, including before you cancel. We don't hold your data back.
With care, and with UK data protection law in mind. You decide what is collected and why. ApaOne processes it on your behalf, as your processor. The details are in our privacy notice and on the Technology page.
No. You pay month by month and can cancel whenever you want. We would rather keep marketplace owners by being useful than by a contract.
Quickly. We set up your categories, listing fields and fees for you, so you are not starting from a blank screen. Think days, not months.
We are candid about this: we shut down products that don't earn their place. If that ever happens to Niche Classifieds Engine, you get notice first and a full export of your data.
Most will not move because you ask. They move when the site does something the group cannot: search by the fields that matter in your niche, adverts that do not sink down a feed, and sellers who have been checked. Niche Classifieds Engine is being built around those three things. Keep the group for conversation and point selling posts to the site. Join the waitlist and tell us what your members would need to see first.
That is who Niche Classifieds Engine is designed for: someone who knows a niche well and does not want to manage plugins or a developer. The set-up is planned around three decisions you already understand: your categories, the listing fields buyers search by, and your fees. The product is at the Validating stage, so nothing is finished yet. Join the waitlist and tell us where a set-up would lose you.
No. Niche Classifieds Engine is being built as a classifieds product: sellers advertise, buyers enquire through the site's own messaging, and the two of them agree the sale between themselves. The way you earn is designed to be listing fees and featured places, not a cut of each sale. If you need payments held or split between buyer and seller, a transactional marketplace platform is the better fit, and we would rather say so now.
Some, always. No software can promise a marketplace with no scam adverts, and we will not claim it. Niche Classifieds Engine is designed to put every listing through a moderation queue before it goes live and to let members report an advert, so your checking happens in one place instead of across comments and inboxes. Your listing rules and your judgement still decide what stays. The moderation guide on this site gives you the checks to use now.
ApaOne shuts down products that do not find enough demand, and says so openly. If that happens to a live product, customers get notice first and a full export of their data: for a marketplace that means your listings, members and messages. At the moment Niche Classifieds Engine is Validating, which means we are testing demand before building further. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Your sign-up is also a vote: it tells us this product is worth building next. If it doesn't earn its place, we'll tell you.
