Pricing
We haven't published a price yet. Join the waitlist and you'll get the founding-member price when this product opens for your trade. No card, no obligation.
You do. Export your machinery list, bookings and operator hours whenever you like, without asking us first. If you leave, your data leaves with you.
With care, and with UK data protection law in mind. You decide what is collected and why. ApaOne processes it on your behalf, as your processor. The details are in our privacy notice and on the Technology page.
No long contract. Agri-Equipment Sharing OS is paid monthly and you can cancel any time. There is no lock-in.
Days, not months. We set Agri-Equipment Sharing OS up for you, including your machines, members and booking rules. Your part should fit into an afternoon.
We are candid about this: we shut down products that don't earn their place. If that ever happens to Agri-Equipment Sharing OS, you get notice first and a full export of your data.
Quite possibly, and we would sooner say so. If 2 or 3 farms share one machine and your busy windows rarely overlap, a group chat, a whiteboard and a meter reading at each handover will do. Agri-Equipment Sharing OS is being built for groups with several machines, members or operators, where bookings and hours no longer fit in one person's head.
No, and no software should. Your group has to agree its own priority rule: first booked, a rotating start or a maximum slot per farm. What the product is designed to do is show every member the same calendar, with what is already taken, so the rule you agreed is applied to facts that everyone can see.
That is the right worry. A record nobody keeps is worth nothing. The product is being built so that operators log their hours against each job, and it only earns its place if that is quicker than a text from the cab. It is not live yet. Join the waitlist and tell us what your operators would put up with.
We cannot promise that today. Agri-Equipment Sharing OS has the public status Validating, so features are still being decided, and poor rural signal is a real constraint we have heard about from the start. If working without signal matters to your group, say so when you join the waitlist. Until then, keep a paper copy of the calendar in the cab.
Not yet. Agri-Equipment Sharing OS is at the Validating stage, which means we are testing demand before building it out. There is no price, launch date or trial to offer. You can join the waitlist and tell us what it must do. In the meantime, the free booking calendar, timesheet and sharing agreement on this site work on paper and in a spreadsheet.
Your sign-up is also a vote: it tells us this product is worth building next. If it doesn't earn its place, we'll tell you.
