The commission is a share of net subscription revenue, excluding VAT, after refunds, for as long as the customer pays. The rate is published on the Partner Programme page, and both the rate and the basis are written into the partner terms.
The payout schedule, any minimum payout and the payment method are set out in the partner terms and in your partner agreement. Each month you get a statement showing every customer credited to you, what they paid and what you earned.
Pounds sterling (GBP). Our prices are in pounds, so your commission is worked out and paid in pounds.
You are responsible for your own tax. To save you raising an invoice every month, we can issue a self-billing invoice on your behalf. That is an invoice we prepare for the commission we owe you, and you agree to it in your partner agreement. This is general information, not tax advice.
We shut down products that don't earn their place, and we say so up front. You get notice, as customers do. You keep earning on payments received until the product stops billing, and customers get notice and a full export of their data. The details are in the partner terms.

A customer is credited to the partner whose valid code is attached to them when they subscribe. The full attribution rules, including what happens when two partners refer the same customer, are in the partner terms.
